Smaller developments deserve exceptional attention. Sirina was established with a simple belief, that smaller developments deserve exceptional attention. Rather than measuring success by the number of homes we build, we measure it by the quality of the places we create.
Behind Sirina is a leadership team with decades of experience spanning residential development, commercial property, construction management and project delivery.
Because we deliberately focus on developments of between two and twenty homes, our senior team remain closely involved throughout every stage of the process - from land acquisition and planning through to construction and completion.
This hands-on approach enables faster decisions, closer collaboration and consistently high standards across every development.

Since Sirina's formation in 2018, the leadership team has continued to deliver successful developments through both Sirina and Oakwood Residential. Our portfolio reflects that experience and includes developments by Oakwood Residential alongside Sirina.
